Stalag XVIIIA POW, Wolfsberg, Austria
Arthur Duggan was captured in Corinth, Greece in 1941 POW 1090, below are a couple of the caricatures that he drew of
fellow POWs. Arthur’s daughter Eileen has kindly offered these caricatures in the hope that someone will recognise the men
depicted in them. Sadly, Arthur died, the two friends who looked after him, prior to his death, were W. Jordon of the RA.S.C. and
W Pearce of the Royal Engineers, their caricatures can be seen, along with others, in the Gallery, category Military. Do
you recognise anyone by their names or caricatures? |
