DEFINITIONS The following definitions found within the AWR Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Membership Details and House Rules have the meanings assigned to them as follows: “Agreement” means the Terms, Conditions, Privacy Policy, Membership Details and House Rules; “AWR” means Are We Related; “AWR Service” means the service that we provide as set out in clause 3 of the Terms & Conditions; “Flaming” means sending unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive, or otherwise objectionable material, and it is not acceptable; “Flooding” means when the same (or a very similar) message is posted over and over again to the same conversation; “ISP” means Internet Service Provider; “Member” and “Members” mean Full and Guest Members; “Membership Fee” means the fee we charge to become a full member of AWR’ “Paypal” means our credit card processing agents; “PM” means private messaging; “Spamming” means the posting of the same (or very similar) messages to lots of forums; “TNG” means The Next Generation; “URL” means website address; “We”, “our”, “us” means Are We Related; “You” or “your” means an adult member (with full or guest membership) who is at least 18 years of age. |
